Note:
Delegate fee is exclusive of Bank charges @ 2.25% and Service Tax @10.3% on bank charges.
Delegate Fee includes full conference registration, 2 Lunches-Dinner/tea/coffee and Conference kit.
Registration closes on 12th February, 2012.
The Registration form allows you to register one accompanying person. To register more than one accompanying person, please send us a mail at gca@actuariesindia.org
Registration once completed, cannot be cancelled. However, you can nominate an alternate delegate from the same category.
Accompanying person will only be allowed during the 2012 Actuarial Gala Function and Awards on 19th February, 2012 and Gala Dinner on 21st February, 2012.
Email ids and contact numbers will not be shared with any external agency/organization.
Jain food will be made available, on prior intimation. Please drop an email to gca@actuariesindia.org, after registration.
The meat served during conference dinner/lunch is Halal.
